Job description :  The Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities include verifying invoices, processing payments, and performing account reconciliations as needed. Job Summary: As a full time Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will work hands-on with robotics, manufacturing machinery and help with process improvements. The industrial maintenance technician is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all production manufacturing machinery to include troubleshooting and completion of required preventive maintenance.
Essential Functions of Position:
  • Install, inspect and maintain machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure that industrial machines remain operational.
  • Maintain all company equipment in top working condition by scheduling all repairs, keeping up on recommended maintenance and diagnosing any issues that appear.
  • Review quality standards of each product to make sure there are no problems; test all materials extensively to analyze how each item meets the standard.
  • Make recommendations to company leaders in order to have the best use of production timelines, equipment and supplies; give details about what the company’s manufacturing goals should be in the months or years ahead.
  • Summarize all data, documentation and information related to the production system in a detailed report for internal use.
  • Act as a Liaison with a team of machinery operators, managers and product developers to ensure everyone is contributing to the common goal.

As a CAD Designer you will work directly with Project Engineers to create and revise AutoCAD drawings and Inventor Models for project approval and in-house fabrication.   • Prepare products for shipment, including crating, photographing, packaging, and assisting truck drivers with loading, rigging vessels and other assigned duties.
  • Verify the final shipping address and requirements with the customer prior to shipment.
  • Coordinating and communicating shipping logistics both internally and outbound.
  • Accurately creating, labeling, and tracking proper documentation and packing lists.
  • Complete the FAT/ Shipping Examination checklist prior to shipment.

  • Perform inspections from initial receipt to in-process, to final equipment.

  • Proficiently use XRF for positive material identification
  • Proficiently use calipers and tape measure for inspection of parts

Job Summary:

The talent acquisition and employee training development administrator will work within the Human Resources team focusing on finding the proper staffing for continuation of growth within Feldmeier Equipment. They will primarily work on hiring employees for all roles and all businesses owned by Feldmeier Equipment. They will oversee posting job opportunities and working with plant supervisors to maintain the needs of the company. Working closely with supervisors and managers to understand the roles and responsibilities needed daily. This position will work on developing a training program that assures safety and employee satisfaction. They will help create methods to educate, enhance performance, quality, and recognition of top performance. This job will continue to help innovate and grow Feldmeier Equipment to the best of their ability. This position is a full-time, hourly based position reporting to the Human Resource Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Recruits for all facilities.
  • Works with the HR team to continuously move in a positive direction.
  • Work on implementing an apprenticeship program/ internship program.
  • Onboarding of new employees.
  • Understanding all job descriptions.
  • Working with VP of Community Relations to maintain relationships with the proper programs.
  • Will attend job fairs and community affairs.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
  • Works with management to understand the needs of job fulfillment for each department.
  • Ability to assess the training needs of employees.
  • Designs and creates training material and methods.
  • Helps deliver and oversees appropriate training programs.
  • The ability to establish what aspects of the company work well and what needs improvement.
  • Devise plans to implement and address the needs for improvement.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development resources.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Utilizes internal system to create effective training and tracking of necessary training and employee development.
