Anthony Monteleone, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Austin VanDeWalker, Manufacturing Engineer, are leading that work. Together, they are helping identify opportunities to make Feldmeier’s processes smarter, more efficient, and more consistent from fabrication through finishing.
Continuous improvement is about more than making changes for the sake of change. It means taking a closer look at how work gets done, identifying opportunities to improve, and finding solutions that make a meaningful difference.
For Feldmeier, that can mean improving workflow, reducing inefficiencies, strengthening consistency, or finding ways to help teams complete their work more effectively. The goal is always the same: improve the process without compromising the quality of the finished product.
Anthony brings extensive experience in continuous improvement to the role. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he applies proven problem-solving and process-improvement methodologies to identify opportunities and develop solutions that can have a lasting impact across departments.
Austin is building on that same foundation as he works toward his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. His engineering background and focus on process improvement allow him to look at challenges from both a technical and operational perspective.
Together, Anthony and Austin bring complementary expertise to Feldmeier’s continuous improvement efforts. Their work involves collaborating with teams throughout the manufacturing process, looking at how individual steps connect, and finding opportunities to make those processes more effective.
