VIP Structures, the Syracuse design-build firm behind Feldmeier’s original facility, has published a case study on our recent 82,500-square-foot expansion. The project added a 72,500-square-foot manufacturing addition, a 10,000-square-foot warehouse, and nine overhead crane systems, all built over 14 months while our two-shift operation continued inside.
The case study covers the bay-by-bay coordination that kept production moving, the early planning in our original 2018 building that made the expansion possible, and the team effort that delivered the new warehouse two months early.
