Description:

The Electropolish Technician uses a electrolytic process to remove metal in an ionic solution by means of a electric potential. This process simultaneously deburrs, smooths, brightens, and removes surface contaminants of the base metal. Electropolishing removes impurities and other embedded contaminants which form during mechanical polishing. The result is a smooth, mirror-like finish which helps prevent contamination.

Requirements: Essential Functions of Position:

Responsibilities: Works independently with general oversight from the Engineering Manager.

Objective:

To engineer and manage a project from receipt of purchase order through shipment of final product. Create and revise AutoCAD drawings for the purpose of project approval and in-house fabrication. Provide technical support in the form of design calculations and adherence to project specifications, codes and standards. The electropolish technician will complete all aspects of the electropolishing process in stainless steel equipment. Tasks may include the following but are not limited to; as job duties may change throughout day depending on the workload.

The Quality Assurance Inspector/ Production QC position is quite varied with regards to the scope of work performed.   • Perform inspections from initial receipt to in-process, to final equipment.
  • Verification of incoming materials and components
  • Proficiently use XRF for positive material identification
  • Proficiently use calipers and tape measure for inspection of parts

The talent acquisition and employee training development administrator will work within the Human Resources team focusing on finding the proper staffing for continuation of growth within Feldmeier Equipment. They will primarily work on hiring employees for all roles and all businesses owned by Feldmeier Equipment. They will oversee posting job opportunities and working with plant supervisors to maintain the needs of the company. Working closely with supervisors and managers to understand the roles and responsibilities needed daily. This position will work on developing a training program that assures safety and employee satisfaction. They will help create methods to educate, enhance performance, quality, and recognition of top performance. This job will continue to help innovate and grow Feldmeier Equipment to the best of their ability. This position is a full-time, hourly based position reporting to the Human Resource Manager.
