Community Giving
We are dedicated to the communities that have welcomed our family. Through our community partnerships in our regions, we commit to working through sponsorships, donations of varying types, and vounteering to support a variety of deserving charitable organizations and programs that promote our mission, vision, and values.
To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, please complete the following form and provide as much detail and information as possible. Our Community Giving board will review all submissions for consideration, but please note a few guidelines that impact our decisions.
- All donation and sponsorship requests should be submitted 90 days prior to the event or need
- The organization should be a registered 501c3 and direct recipient of the funds
- We exclude from consideration any requests for travel expenses, political candidates or organizations, religious organizations, loans or loan guarantees and/or capital improvement or building funds.
- These considerations may change dependent on the request and circumstances regarding the request and our exclusions are subject to change and re-evaluation at any point in time.
- Provide us with the basic information about your organization, mission as well as information on how Feldmeier can recognize their partnership in your event or program.
- Provide details on what type of contribution and event you are seeking partnership for ( all fields are required – put N/A for any that are not applicable).
